Red Cabbage

Red cabbage varieties  produce round, firm heads with vivid violet‑red leaves that are attractive in both fresh markets and culinary use. These hybrids are early to medium maturing, with good field standing ability and strong head colour, usually reaching harvest around 65‑70 days. Their firm head structure and colour make them excellent for fresh sales and value‑added uses like coleslaw.
